Health Insurance

Option

The Illinois Association of Park Districts' Health Insurance Program is now offering two plans instead of one.

Each district who is a member of the Association can now have a choice of either plan A or plan B. Plan B is a new and improved option with broader coverage than the existing plan A.

Open enrollment for the Health Insurance Plan will be available through May 31, 1971. Any district who is a member of the Association is eligible to participate.

Districts wishing enrollment forms or additional information should contact the Association office in Springfield or the Equitable Company at either of the following offices:
