LEGISLATIVE RECEPTION
The Association held its Annual Reception for Members of the 80th Illinois General Assembly and State Officials on April 20, 1977, at the St. Nicholas Hotel, Springfield, Illinois.
It was well attended by park commisssioners and staff personnel in addition to almost 100 legislators.
The Joint Legislative Committee met in the afternoon to review the progress of our 1977 Legislative Program and gave everyone an opportunity to meet their State Representatives and Senators and solicit support for the bills.
