CITY CLERK/TOWN CLERK

The City of Zion, population 18,500, with coterminous township boundaries, is seeking a skilled individual to serve as both the City Clerk and Town Clerk. Zion has a commission form of government and this position is appointed by the Mayor. ASSISTANT VILLAGE MANAGER

The Village of Bolingbrook, Illinois (population 39,000) is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Village Manager. WATER OPERATIONS ENGINEER

Join the City of Elgin's Water Department in its dynamic approach to water operations and treatment. We are looking for an experienced graduate engineer to assist in plant operations, maintenance, and the design and specifications for capital projects associated with a major water utility operation. An advanced degree is desirable. Before appointment candidate must pass physical exam including drug substance testing. The City of Elgin's advanced water operations includes deep well and river water supply at two (pretreatment, lime softening, filtration) plants with modern equipment and technology. The position requires experience in plant operation including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, chemical process, and hydraulics. The individual must be able to evaluate and interpret operational and plant needs and carry through with plans and specifications to meet those needs.
