Lois R. Mayer, Village Clerk, Village of Mokena, Illinois, has been awarded the designation of "Certified Municipal Clerk" (CMC) from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) for achieving its high educational, experience, and service requirements.

Mrs. Mayer was elected to the position of Village Clerk of Mokena in April 1985.

Brian Whitehall, City Clerk, City of Aledo, Illinois, has been awarded the designation of "Certified Municipal Clerk" (CMC) from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) for achieving its high educational, experience, and service requirements.

Mr. Whitehall was elected City Clerk in 1985. Previously he served as Deputy City Clerk from 1980-1985. •
