Mrs. Ilion Wait Crabel, who has been the Chillicothe City Clerk for 66 years, will step down from service on May 9 of this year.

May 8, 1989, the City of Chillicothe is planning a dinner and ceremony to honor Mrs. Crabel for her years of service. Many State and local Officials are planning to attend.

The City of Chillicothe would cordially like to extend an Invitation to all Illinois Municipal League members to attend the ceremony.

Tickets for the five course dinner and ceremony are $15.00 per person and may be obtained by contacting the City of Chillicothe before May 1, 1989. Please write or call:
