CITY MANAGER
The City of Naples (pop. 21,000), "Florida's Seaside Mas- terpiece" is recruiting a City Manager. The City Council is looking for a hands-on manager with experience in managing the day-to-day affairs of a local government. Broad opera- tional knowledge is a must, in managing this full-service City with a staff of 530 and an operating budget of $35.6 million.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
The City of Champaign, Illinois, population 61,000, is seek- ing a qualified individual to manage, plan and direct the Oper- ations Division of the Public Works Department. The Opera- tions Division consists of the Streets, Sewers, Concrete and Forestry sections which are responsible for the maintenance and repair of pavements, curbs, sidewalks, sewers, trees and other public facilities as well as snow/ice removal. Possible reorganization may result in the addition of street light, traffic signal and traffic sign maintenance and repair responsibilities. Qualifications include thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of municipal public works maintenance and repair and at least five (5) years supervisory experience in public works administration, construction and maintenance. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction technol- ogy is highly preferred; a master's degree in business or public administration desired. INSPECTIONAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR
The Village of Hanover Park seeks an Inspectional Services Supervisor to direct the enforcement of building codes and ordinances, inspect all phases of construction, and supervise the work of inspection personnel. Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires the appropriate BOCA certifications or substantial progress toward their achievement.
