NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Mendota has for sale a 1981 Mack Ecolotec heavy duty 400 vacuum Street Sweeper. The unit has approximately 16,600 miles and 3072 hours on the sweeper engine. The unit is to be sold in "as is" condition.

This system was originally installed in 1982 and was fully operational when taken out of service. The system consists of 2 Cyber 18 processors with disk drives, CTR monitors, key boards, and printers, 30 Micro 44-30 remote terminal units with processor boards, remote interface and modem, test kit, and many spare parts and memory boards.

BUILDING INSPECTION SUPERINTENDENT

The City of West Chicago, Illinois seeks a Building Inspection Superintendent. This position is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising building inspection program including plan review, zoning, code enforcement and building inspections. Position requires knowledge of BOCA, National Electrical Code, State Plumbing Code, ADA and CABO. Position reports to the Community Development Director. Qualifications include a combination of five years of design, construction or inspection experience or an equivalent of associate degree in architecture, construction technology or a related field. CIVIL ENGINEER

Degreed Civil Engineer sought for our fast paced Engineering Services Department. Knowledge of municipal engineering principles and standards is required, along with experience involving the design, construction, and inspection of roadways, utilities and other public improvements.
