This is your Advance Conference Registration information and instructions. Registration cards and badges are prepared in advance and should be picked up by the delegates at the Conference Registration Desk.

Use either the Municipal Clerk or the Municipal Official form in making advance registrations. ADVANCE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY THROUGH SEPTEMBER 1, 1995, or until all available full registrations are sold. (Includes Annual Banquet) If additional registrations are required, please copy the applicable registration form. This form and your payment must be returned to the ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE, 500 EAST CAPITOL AVENUE, PO BOX 3387, SPRINGFIELD, IL 62708. A receipt will be returned for each individual registered. This receipt must be presented at the Conference Registration Desk upon arrival.

Hotel reservations must be made and paid directly to the Hotel. Guarantees to the Hotel are based on Conference registration.

THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

FULL REFUND WILL BE GRANTED FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED BY MAIL OR TELEPHONE BY 4:30 P.M. ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 1995.

ALL CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE FRIDAY DEADLINE BUT PRIOR TO 4:30 P.M. ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 1995, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50.00 LATE CANCELLATION CHARGE (APPROXIMATELY EQUAL TO THE BANQUET COST).

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 1995.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION

Full registration includes the Get Acquainted Party on Thursday evening; The President's Reception and the Banquet and Floor Show on Saturday evening; the Annual Luncheon on Sunday noon and all sessions of the Conference. Spouse/guest Registration also includes a Continental Breakfast on Friday and Shuttle Service for Shopping to North Michigan Avenue.

Because of space limitations, tickets to events will only be available to registered officials and their registered spouse/guest.

Advance Registrations will be accepted at the League office until September 1, 1995, or until all available full registrations are sold.

ALL TICKETS FOR THE BANQUET WILL BE ON A RESERVED BASIS AND WILL BE ASSIGNED, FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. Registered officials who wish to buy a banquet ticket ONLY for a spouse/guest may do so on site, if available, at $50.00 per ticket. THESE TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ADVANCE.
