The annual dues beginning January 1, 1971 according to the constitution shall be based on the quadrennial equalized assessed valuation of each district, and shall be as follows:

Departments and Divisions of the State of Illinois and the United States Federal Government $750.00. Contributions of Associate Memberships shall be $150.00 a year.

Dues are payable for the Associations fiscal year beginning January 1, and shall be due and payable in advance.
