CHIEF OF POLICE

The department presently has 20 officers, three civilian personnel and a budget of $1.4 million. The Chief reports to the Village Administrator. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a police-related field and ten years' progressive experience, with at least five of them in a supervisory capacity, preferably as Chief of Police. The position requires a person with strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

SUPERVISOR — UTILITY FOREMAN

The preferred candidate will work closely with another foreman and superintendent to establish operational standards and maintenance objectives for the utility branch.
