GRANT PROGRAM

The Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs (DCCA) is offering Capitalization Grants to qualified applicants to help finance the establishment and capitalization of Development Corporations throughout the state. Development Corporations are public and bank sponsored and funded financial institutions that support economic development and serve as a source of supplemental business capital for small businesses. Each Development Corporation is locally managed according to its own operating procedures and lending criteria. WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR
