KATHERINE DAHLKAMP, CMC/AAE
NAMED MEMBER IIMC ACADEMY
FOR ADVANCED EDUCATION

Ms. Katherine Dahlkamp, CMC/AAE, Village Clerk of Lansing, Illinois, has been accepted as a member in the IIMC Academy for Advanced Education of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. The Academy is the professional body of municipal clerks who have continued their high level of educational achievement beyond the attainment of the prestigious Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) Award.

IIMC President Muriel W. Rickard, CMC/AAE, City Clerk of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, announced, "I am pleased to welcome Ms. Dahlkamp as a member in the IIMC Academy for Advanced Education. She is dedicated to municipal service and an inspiration to all members of our profession."

In order to become a member of the Academy a person must first attain the IIMC Certification (CMC) designation, attend a minimum of 36 hours of graduate courses at an IIMC recognized municipal clerks institute or complete similar educational programs relating to the responsibilities of the municipal clerk's office. Specific professional participation must be achieved, such as leadership in national and state associations, attendance at seminars and conferences, and professional writings and accomplishments.

Ms. Dahlkamp has served as Village Clerk with the Village of Lansing since April 4, 1985. •
