CORRECTION

Between 1992 and 1998, the number of youngsters sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections'juvenile division increased by 719 to 2,180 (Illinois Issues, February, page 19). A chart depicting the number of juveniles sentenced to corrections facilities used an incorrect scale.
