Economics of Parks and Recreation
The brilliant colors of late autumn are reflected by the setting sun over Kline Creek Farm at Timber Ridge Forest Preserve in Winfield. Family-oriented programs recreating farm life in Northeastern Illinois a century ago are offered throughout the year at Kline Creek Farm, an 1890's working farm owned and operated by the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County. It is one of four education facilities maintained by the district in addition to the 23,000 acres of open space it protects for the residents of DuPage County. © The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County.
