ART CREDITS/ The cover illustration on double-dipping was drawn by George Lowry of Springfield, who is an art instructor at Lincoln Land Community College and does sculpture, drawing and watercolor in his own studio. The map on page 16 of Sangamon County was done by James Krohe Jr., Springfield graphic designer. Other illustrations this month were drawn by Springfield artist Tim Conrad, who is a graphic narrator for Marvel Comics.

Articles for Illinois Issues are written toy professional writers or by experts in various fields of government. Students have also written for the magazine.
